You will be able to take this wisdom of yoga in your day to day life and you also will be able to share or create classes which will be tailored towards those who have never done yoga, but also these are open to everyone—the experienced yogi and those who are very new to yoga.

At Immersion Yoga, we will equip teacher trainees to hold space for diverse yogis and teach through a lens of inclusivity. We will also help trainees dive deep into their own practices, graduating with confidence in a wide array of areas, from yoga philosophy to safe body alignment. Our Journey: in 2016 Sunita Baste & John Wilson join their forces to share their understanding of yogic wisdom. Both Sunita & John have passion to share wisdom of yoga. They both realized that their calling is to help yogis & yoginis to take the next step on their yoga journey. And immersion Yoga Teacher Training Central Coast was born. John Wilson is the founder and principle teacher at Peninsula Yoga on Gnostic which is a leading Central Coast Yoga Studio. John has achieved vast yoga teaching experience over 15 years and is a prominent figure within the yoga industry. John has acquired extraordinary yogic knowledge through ongoing training courses, mentoring with internationally renowned yoga teachers and self- practice. John advocates healing through movement and fully understands the holistic therapeutic benefits of yoga. Yoga Alliance ERYT-500 Plus
Sunita Patil is a yogini, teacher, writer, artist, and coach. She offers the most comprehensive yoga, Ayurveda and meditation teachings and practices so people can realize the wisdom within—bringing true happiness, freedom and fulfilment to their lives. Sunita has over a 30 years of experience in the personal practice of yoga, and over the past 18 years, she has taught 1,000s of students worldwide (Australia, USA and India)
She is renowned for her depth of understanding in the ancient language of yoga, Sanskrit, and has taught Sanskrit to yoga teachers (and teachers in training)—translating the more sophisticated aspects of yoga philosophy that have been displaced in most of the contemporary yoga practices of today. Sunita teaches Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings and Meditation Teacher Trainings in Sydney.

Raewyn Twynham is an experienced yoga teacher and a Director of Beecroft Yoga. Over the nearly two decades
Raewyn has gained a wide range of expertise grounded in inspiration from amazing yoga teachers like Donna Farhi and Judith Hanson Lasater plus the colleagues she has worked with. Raewyn teaches with a high level of awareness of students and my teaching is based on attention to detail. She feels it is important that students practice asana (poses) in a way that will reduce the possibility of injury. Because of her own own back problems, she is empathic and know that many students come to yoga seeking help with their health issues She has completed :
- Nature Care College Diploma of Health (Yoga).
- Advanced Teacher Studies with Donna Farhi.
- The teachings of Judith Hanson Lasater have been part of yoga education with training in Relax and Renew restorative yoga,
- Pranayama Intensive training,
- Experiential Anatomy studies.
Jacqueline Cairelli, is a senior Yoga teacher & has been teaching Yoga for the past 15years and Teacher Training training since 2011 (primarily with Sukha Mukha Yoga Studio, Bronte, Sydney). She has worked on various trainings from beginner to Advanced. Jaki’s principle training include Hatha, (Adv. Dip. NatureCare College); Jivamukti (with Sharon Gannon & David Life – founders) Yin Yoga (Insight training with Sarah Powers – one of the founders) Kundalini Yoga (with Guru Jivan, Renee Goodman who worked directly with Yogi Bhajan for many years) Jaki has completed various Meditation Facilitation courses (1 year at NatureCare college & numerous other studies) as well as study of Reflexology and Meridians. Jaki believes yoga is accessible to each of us (regardless of limitations with Asana) & that the journey towards self-realisation is rooted in our own curiosity about ourselves and the environment around us and uses practices incorporating the body, the breath and the mind to facilitate this process of self-discovery. Jaki is fluent in both Spanish & English. On a personal note Jacqueline has been married for 36years, has 3 adult children & 2 grandchildren and she believes her family to be her most influential teacher…. all practices on the Mat are pointers towards our life ‘off the Mat. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. Maureen Catherine Crawley is well known on the Central Coast and has been teaching and studying her many modalities for over 28 years. After practicing yoga for 10 years, she felt like she needed to deeper connection and yearned to learn more about the sacred teachings, holistic qualities and essence of yoga. And Maureen happily found that through the teacher training at “Immersion Yoga” with John and Sunita. Not only has she graduated with a 350-hour Accreditation, she has been invited to join the Immersion team to share her vast knowledge, wisdom, nurturing and mentoring ways.
