The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: Learn the 8 limbs of yoga, how to incorporate yogic code of conduct & ethics into our day to day life, and how to bring it into your teaching.

Yoga Anatomy: Explore anatomy and physiology as well as their practical applications in yoga practices.

Different styles of Yoga: Explore different paths of yoga Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga.

Yoga Alignment & functional assessment: Learn advance postural assessments, learn to assess range of motion, muscle strength and flexibility in application to yoga poses.
Learn 5 categories of Asana: Learn how to apply Bandhas in yoga practices. Learn foundations and alignment for standing asanas, forward bends, twists, back bends and inversions.

Teaching Methodology: Learn to develop your own yoga teaching style.

Pranayama: Learn importance of yogic breathing practices. learn movements of energy through subtle energy channels.
